Even former gangster acquaintances of his father would 
have nothing to do with him. He was forced to sell blood 
and collect cans for recycling to afford his sexual addictions.
 
Out of the Brig  and Dishonorably Discharged from the Navy, 
Jerry K. Fennely found himself shunned by family and friends.
 
He stayed in flophouses when he could afford it, other times 
he slept on park benches or in unoccupied houses for large 
breed dogs.
 
His once fine mind had begun to deteriorate hatching 
paranoid fantasies about his downward spiral in the world. 
His thinking began following revolutionary and religiously 
reactionary paradigms.  Losing his taste for life he started to 
rise above the needs of the flesh. Instead he sought 
vindication and victory. He identified with certain Middle 
Eastern causes.
